A systematic approach, based on a proper needs assessment, a logical framework and internal and external project evaluations will improve the performance of your projects and programmes.

Three course modules in Project Cycle Management provide comprehensive training for beginners and advanced users. The modules will equip you with the essential skills, tools and good practices from the field to successfully manage projects in development and humanitarian work.

Upon completion of the three modules, participants obtain the Certificate in Project Cycle Management. The modules can also be taken individually, leading to individual module certificates. 

The three modules are:

    Needs Assessment: 2 - 6 September 2013 (5 days)

    Planning, Programming and Monitoring Projects: 9 - 13 September 2013 (5 days)

Evaluating Projects: 16 - 18 September 2013 (3 days)
