Dear colleagues,

As you already know, the eleventh Transatlantic Dialogue will take place from 3 to 5 June 2015 in Boston (USA) at the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston.

Please note that the deadline for submitting abstracts for the TAD 11 on the theme:

The Transforming Role of the Public Manager is approaching (20 March 2015).

Please submit your proposal for one of the workshops organized at this occasion:

Workshop 1 – Public personnel policies: Employee Wellbeing and Organizational Performance

Workshop 2 – Have personnel management reforms helped to improve public services?

Workshop 3 – Managing Personnel in Complex Networks

Workshop 4 – How to meet challenges in public personnel administration after the economic crisis?

Workshop 5 – Leadership and organizational effectiveness

Workshop 6 – Considering accountability, considering motivation: creating an ethical and value-driven workforce in a results driven environment.

Deadlines:

- 20 March 2015:  Submission of Abstracts

- 10 April 2015: Report to authors about acceptance/reject decisions

- 15 May 2015: Uploading full papers in IIAS Conference system

- 3-5 June 2015: TAD 11, Boston
