Administrative Assistants today perform fewer clerical tasks and are increasingly taking on the position of information, communication managers and general managers. As the reliance on technology continues to expand, the role of the Administrative Pros has greatly evolved. Administrative Assistants perform a variety of duties necessary to run an organization efficiently. They represent their managers & organisations, plan and schedule meetings and appointments, organize and maintain paper and electronic files; manage projects, handle travel and disseminate information. They also may create spreadsheets, compose correspondence, manage databases and create presentations, reports and documents using desktop publishing software and digital graphics. They may also negotiate with vendors, maintain leased equipment, purchase supplies, manage areas such as stockrooms or corporate libraries, and retrieve data from various sources. They are the managers of today & for them to keep up with the ever increasing demand there is a constant need for them to up their skills/game to be on top of things. Hence we present this interactive 5 day conference which will tackle most Administrative Assistant challenges they face day to day.
